A Christmas Spectacular! Dress Rehearsal

Arrive 15 minutes prior to you assigned rehearsal time. Rehearsal will be held at Stillwater Junior High’s Theater, 523 West Marsh Street, Stillwater, MN 55082. Please enter the front doors. Upon entrance, you will see IPAC’s signs directing you to the theater.
Rehearsal Date & Time:
All students are required to be at dress rehearsal. Our rehearsal will be held on Friday, December 9th from 5:00PM to 8:40PM. Please come in your costume: your IPAC Christmas tee, and black, leg-length pants with coordinating black socks for the dress rehearsal. Please make sure that dancers/students bring along a snack, water and reading material. The dancers/students will be sitting in the auditorium and they can watch the other students performing while they wait their turn to rehearse (ages 3-6 will finish first).
|PARENTS: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your rehearsal timeslot. Please plan to possible stay 5 minutes past your timeslot(s). Thank you!|
Important Rehearsal Information:
Each class will have the opportunity to practice their dance 1-2 times on stage. Please be EARLY to rehearsal so we can stay on schedule. Hair is not required for dress rehearsal, but all hair accessories are required (hats and hair pieces secured with bobby pins!). You may take photographs and video during rehearsal. Make sure that you have all of your necessary belongings for the Dress Rehearsal –IPAC Christmas tee, black floor length pants, black socks, hair accessories, shoes, brush, little mirror, props (if necessary), etc.
Parents, we encourage you to stay because your dancer(s) may be done earlier than the end time (ages 3-6 classes will be done earlier). However, if you must drop-off and go, please be sure to be back by 7:30PM. We will have IPAC apparel available for purchase at the rehearsals this year – just in time for the holidays!
Backstage Parent Volunteers for Showtime:
If you’re interested in helping backstage versus watching the show, please let us know. Please email, call or Miss Ruth at the front desk if you are able to help out. Thanks in advance for your help! Your job will be to line up the dancers, make sure that things run smoothly, and a quick clean up at the end of the night to make sure that no one left anything behind. As a way of saying thanks, we will give you a $10 IPAC gift certificate!
