Frequently Asked Questions – Art Program:
Q: What does my child need to wear to art class?
A: Your child can dress in comfortable attire. We recommend students wear pants or shorts and a long tee that can get messy. Students may attend class in stocking feet. There is no shoe required for these classes; there may be times when clean tennis shoes are to be worn.
Q: Is there a materials fee? Do I have to purchase my child’s art materials?
A: No. We provide all of the materials. The only exception may be that students have to bring in something from home (ie: found art – a sock, old shoe, rock, etc) that can be recycled into art work.
Q: At what age can my child begin art class?
A: Our “Smartsy Artsy, Krafty Kids” class begins at age 4. And our art classes go up from there. We offer everything from cartooning to fashion design! For a current list of our art class offerings, please click here.
Q: Do you only offer art classes in the Summer?
A: While the majority of our art classes/camps are held in the summer, we do offer mini-sessions and workshops throughout the school year. Please click here for a list of our upcoming classes and workshops.
